SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship product to confirmed addresses. When placing an order, please be sure that the billing/ shipping information associated with the credit card being used can be verified. You may have to call and update your information with your credit card company if your billing and shipping information does NOT match the information associated with the card being used. It will be considered “Unconfirmed” and will result in a cancelation of your order.Shipping within the US may take 2-3 business days. We only ship Tuesday – Friday. For regular shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $10 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US starts at $40 (depending on destination) excluding taxes.International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx (Orders to Canada ship via USPS Express). Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the purchase.Order Processing Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All orders received after 5PM will begin production the next business day. Processing time is 5-7 business days.

  • Payments can take up to 24 hours to clear. The day your payment clears is the day that processing will begin for your order.
  • No Changes to orders after 24hrs
  • If you live in an apartment, please be sure to put the abbreviation ‘Apt’ along side your apartment number. If not, in some areas this could affect your delivery with the postal service. The package may be marked as undeliverable.
  • Please double check your order; i.e. Lengths, Texture, Type of Hair, and your shipping information, before completing your order.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. We accept exchanges only for products with the same or higher value. The product must be sent back in the original condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us. ALL HAIR must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, or no cutting of the weft. You are allowed to return the hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault.
